Please note:  This job posting is designed to create a pool of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

It is the primary responsibility of the Pool and Cabana Massage Therapist to provide our guests with the most current massage treatments and techniques available, while ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.  All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.

  • Provide pool and cabana guests with a comfortable and relaxing massage experience while ensuring the utmost safety for our guests.
  • Provide therapeutic massage services and body treatments using different modalities.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service by providing guests with a broad understanding of current massage techniques and procedures.
  • Cater to guests using techniques customized to their unique needs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable work environment for guests and staff.
  • Complete services promptly in the time allotted while maintaining professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees.
  • Stock linens and operating supplies as needed.
  • Prepared to work in extreme temperatures.
  • Performs all other job related duties as requested.
  • Required:

  • Current massage license issued by the State of Nevada.
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility.
  • A highly motivated and energetic personality.
  • Body Work knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
  • Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
