We are currently looking for a Systems Administrator at our Corporate Headquarters located in Janesville, WI. The Systems Administrator will build and maintain a flexible, reliable and scalable compute infrastructure. 


  • Install and maintain virtualization, server and storage infrastructure.
  • Review logs and alerts for all essential infrastructure.
  • Monitor uptimes, performance baselines and perform troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for active directory, exchange and SQL database administration.
  • Maintain and monitor enterprise backup infrastructure.
  • Stay current on latest technologies and concepts and provide recommendations regarding their inclusion.
  • Examine security posture and consider security in all job aspects.         
  • Carry out capacity planning to ensure a scalable infrastructure.
  • Provide 2nd level support to corporate help desk associates.
  • Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.

    Perform other duties as assigned.


    Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred in system administration or computer information systems. 

  • 4-5 years industry experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficient in various computer operating systems as well as active directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL
  • Ability to read and speak English.
  • Communicate with customers and co-workers.
