The Recruiter position performs full scope of activities associated with the development and execution of comprehensive recruiting for regular employees and temporary work staff. This position is responsible for regular employee non-exempt and exempt full cycle recruiting solutions in the areas of open job requisition management, sourcing strategy, hiring guidelines, resume screening, interviewing, candidate selection and submittal to hiring managers within Computershare and all subsidiaries. In addition, this position is also responsible for generating the offer letter, coordinating the background and drug screens, and closure of any other requisition items.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with Hiring Managers and external business partners to ensure a successful start-to-finish recruitment process by defining and executing appropriate recruiting programs.
Establishes and maintains relationships with a variety of potential sourcing resources including search firms, temporary staffing agencies, career centers, job board sourcing websites, social media sites, governmental agencies, college placement centers, trade schools and related organizations.
Coordinates advertising schedules in appropriate media and organizations. In addition, posts job requisitions on company intranet and targeted job boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Ladders, AMA, University alumni sites, regional/industry specific job boards and social network sites.
Utilize recruiting applicant tracking system (Taleo) to manage candidate data to use as a resource in developing, tracking, and analyzing reports that measure the life cycle of open job requisitions in terms of days open and time to fill.
Interviews and screens applicants for business competence, applicable background, and skills qualifications to ensure that the Hiring Manager’s requirements and protocols are followed.
Makes employment recommendations based on information developed through interviews, reference checks, applications, and resumes.
Develop candidate correspondence, generate offer letters, rejection letters and send new hire packages. Conduct pre-employment skill set tests, background checks and drug screen compliance.
Coordinate and administer the staffing of temporary workers for Call Center operations as well as other business units as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with applicant tracking systems,specifically Taleo, preferred.
Previous experience and understanding of talent assessments, behavioral based interviewing, preferred.
Background in IT recruiting, preferred.

LANGUAGE ABILITY:Ability to read/analyze/interpret journals/financial reports/legal documents; respond to inquiries/complaints from customers/reg. agencies/ community; write speeches/articles for publication; present info to top mgmt/public groups/ boards of directors.
MATHMATICAL ABILITY: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane, and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
