Kforce has a client in search of an Administrative Assistant / Vault Clerk in Jacksonville, Florida (FL).Essential Job Functions:
  • Performs routine and/or repetitive clerical functions according to standard procedures or instructions
  • Position is working in a vault filing documents, pulling files, making copies, completing inventories, and shifting files
  • Job Requirements


    • Basic knowledge of general office procedures
    • Strong attention to details
    • Computers and other office equipment
    • Ability to collect and organize information
    • Ability to be on their feet for 80% of the day and climb 10-foot-high stair type ladders
