In this role, you will execute multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, and will be responsible for achieving established performance, revenue retention, and growth. The Digital Advertising Strategist utilizes advertising expertise in SEM, Email Marketing, and Account Management to achieve desired client campaign performance.


. Monitor and analyze campaigns and make regular proactive changes to improve account performance

. Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth to client that will improve accounts ability to achieve desired outcomes

. Bring competitive and industry insights and media sales experience to flawlessly execute data-driven optimizations across potentially large and complex accounts

. Gather, analyze, and organize complex information, conduct comparative analyses, make recommendations supported by identified facts, and present clear recommendations to internal clients 

. High level of maturity and judgment to represent the agency and client in a polished, intelligent manner

. Create custom presentations to maintain post-sales activities with a goal to increase account revenues(campaign reports, up-sell and cross sell opportunities)

. Responsible for revenue retention and growth for assigned book of business

. Presentation of opportunity and/or performance will require travel


. Google AdWords and Bing Certifications highly preferred (those who don’t possess these Certifications will be required to obtain them upon hire)

. Bachelor's degree preferred

. 2+ years client facing advertising agency account management experience

. 4+ years paid search and digital marketing experience

. Strong working knowledge of entire Microsoft suite, advanced knowledge with Excel & PowerPoint

. Selling experience specifically in upselling of clients on products and services

. Proven ability to understand customer needs, build ongoing relationships and drive revenue

. CRM experience, competitive analysis, and trending tools
