Job Description


Kforce has a client in search of a Performance and Attribution Associate in Boston, Massachusetts (MA)Essential Job Functions:
  • Complete portfolio investment performance computations
  • Facilitate the completion of attribution analysis and reporting
  • Manage the production of composite presentations for reporting to prospects, consultants, and clients
  • Design workflows and streamline processes
  • Develop, implement, and oversee checks and procedures
  • Contribute to projects and automation initiatives
  • Job Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance concentration is preferred
    • CFA, CIPM, or CAIA designation
    • 5-8 years of relevant experience
    • Experience in the financial service industry or asset management industry
    • Proficient with large volume of data, including data quality reviews is required
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Intermediate to advanced macro and VBA skills and other programming language skills is a plus
