BAE Systems is seeking a self-motivated and experienced candidate to support the Standoff Munitions Application Center (SMAC). SMAC supports the Joint Force Air Component Commander (JFACC) by optimizing efficiency and combat effectiveness of High Demand Low Density (HD/LD) global strike and theater standoff munitions. This position is located at the government SMAC facility at Barksdale Air Force Base, located near Bossier City, LA. The Offensive Cyber Ops Liaison will formulate cyber warfare and space employment visions for the DoD. The contractor will liaise with DoD agencies and units specializing in all aspects of offensive and defensive space and cyberspace mission planning, execution and training in support of all combatant commanders.

Typical Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experienceRequired Skills and Education - Completion of a formal Cyberspace Warfare operations course or Undergraduate Cyberspace Training.- At least three years of specialized experience, including expert knowledge of Offensive Space and experience at the tactical/ operational level in Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO), testing, training principles, concepts, directives, practices, tactics, and techniques. -- Graduate from CNODP or GNEVA fulfills these requirements.- Experience in Cyberspace operations planning, execution, and participation with an AOC and combatant command exercises or operations. -- Real world contingency experience is required.- Department of Defense experience in Cyberspace Warfare operations focused on offensive and defensive Cyberspace Warfare operations.- Demonstrated familiarity with mitigating threats to cyberspace and space systems and operations, in particular Global Positioning Systems, and DoD mission planning systems. - Network warfare concepts, offensive cyber operations, Air Force Networks, Telephony networks, Mobile Networks, Space and Satellite Networks, Integrated Air Defense Networks, Command and Control and Tactical Data Link Networks, Industrial Control Systems, US Laws, Military Codes, International Legal Guidance, Government/Individual Information Assurance, Industry and Service Policies and Procedures, Law Enforcement Agencies, Ethics, Network threats and defense, Public Key Infrastructure, Access Security, Ports, Protocols, and Services, Network Security, Wireless Security, Remote Access security, auditing, logging, and monitoring, organizational security and business continuity.- Demonstrated proficiency using unclassified Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and classified SIPRNet network enterprise environments.- Demonstrated mastery of combat air force principles, concepts, directives, practices, analytical methods and techniques and seasoned consultative skill sufficient to resolve internal problems not susceptible to treatment by standard methods. Typical problems addressed are beyond normal day-to-day route processes and procedures.- Demonstrated expert knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessment and improvement of DoD space and cyberspace operations.- Knowledge of overall performance factors for cyberspace platforms. - In-depth knowledge of the various Command entities involved in overall planning and execution of joint operations and evaluations. Knowledge of training and instructional methods to teach mission planning and mission planning software.- Ability to plan, organize, and negotiate effectively with senior analysts and management to accept and implement recommendations, where proposals involve substantial resources and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures.- Ability to plan, organize and teach cyberspace mission planning and employment practices. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; negotiating complex issues and maintaining good working relationships. - Demonstrated cyberspace planner proficiency in planning against cyberspace targets.
