Onepath is currently seeking a Lead Cable Technician for a Government project.

Position Overview

The Lead Cable Technician will review customer orders and plans installations and technical specifications. Gathers equipment, supplies, materials, and tools to complete installations according to specifications. This individual must be customer focused and committed to ensuring the highest degree of end user satisfaction as well as being well versed in the fundamentals of commercial wiring and installation. The successful applicant will have knowledge of installation and handling of low voltage cable of various sizes and types. This position requires to flexible work hours with the understanding that workdays can be in excess of normal hours. Some weekend and holiday work may be required.


* High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 2+ years installing cabling
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work proficiently unsupervised.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, proof of residency, clean driving record.
  • All candidate must be physically able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
  •  Must be able to work with basic tools: drill, screwdrivers, pliers, etc..
