Job Description Job Description This individual will serve as the Site Lead for GISA-West in Fort Shafter, Hawaii supporting the Army Intelligence Command (INSCOM). INSCOM is transforming its IT capability through the Land Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Network (LandISRNet) construct. All the LandISRNet IT services will be provided through INSCOM's Ground Intelligence Support Activities (GISA) Enterprise SCI Services construct. This program will provide all IT core services to the Army JWICS community from three GISA centers. In addition the program will provide IT services for a wide variety of INSCOM locations globally. The site lead will:- Be accountable for all aspects of requirements and manage the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to operational activities- Be responsible for operations including security, maintenance and accountability- Be responsible for meeting all technical requirements- Ensure that processes and network systems facilitate meeting performance requirements- Act as point-of-contact for issues- Be authorized to act on site-specific matters relating to daily operations- Act as the first-line supervisor for site employeesTypical Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree and 5 years work experience or equivalent experienceRequired Skills and Education - Bachelor's Degree in technology related field- 6 years of experience with either Systems Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration or combination of experience and certification in one of the following: CCNP, CCSP or Security+- 3 years of experience managing teams of at least 15 peoplePreferred Skills and Education - ITIL/ITSM certificationAbout BAE Systems Intelligence & Security BAE Systems Intelligence & Security, based in McLean, Virginia, designs and delivers advanced defense, intelligence, and security solutions that support the important missions of our customers.
