Job Description for Customer Service Representative:

The ultimate company goal of running a smooth and professional operation that provides quality service to the customer as well as financial success for our company, all the administration's position's focus will be to support and drive customer sales while maintaining accurate and organized records that will aid in the financial success of this company.

  • Pay Rate $10 hour
  •  Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
  • Temp-to-Hire Receptionist / Telephone Sales / Data Entry Answer all incoming calls & forward them to the appropriate desk as needed
  • Offer voicemail or take a message, assisting the caller when appropriate
  •  Maintain a current list of all extensions; make sure all desks are updated with this.
  • Take incoming orders over the phone
  • Helping customers with their business needs as well as trying to expand the number of our items in their businesses
  • Work with the customers on any special-order needs & forward as much information as possible to purchasing
  • Take the orders off the internet, fax & answering machine as well Enter all orders into the sales system; create an accurate sales order/pick list Pass them to the warehouse or put them into the appropriate delivery slot for the future
  • When the orders have been pulled, make any necessary adjustments to the items on the shipper screens & print the invoices
  • Verify for accuracy and prepare paperwork for delivery or pickup
  • Job RequirementsRequirements & Qualification for Customer Service Representative: 2-3 years as Customer Service Representative Highly Efficient with 10 Key Punch 1 year of Sales Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Demonstrate ability to multitask; perform tasks within time frames assigned Demonstrate schedule flexibility; adjust to shifting priorities; stay organized in a changing environment; stay focused during stressful or difficult situations; exhibit comfort with ambiguity We are an Equal Opportunity Employer & we celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization Come Visit Us!
