Job Description

We partnering with a leading commercial real estate services provider in the Raleigh-Durham market.

Our client is a world premiere, full-service real estate services company; our industry-leading platform provides unparalleled service to meet any client requirement from acquisition financing, investment sales, real estate portfolio management, to leasing commercial office, industrial and retail space.

We are seeking a qualified Marketing Assistant with a minimum of 1-2 years providing marketing and administrative support to a group of sales professionals. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for timely execution of marketing plans and projects; including preparing proposal, presentation and communication materials utilizing Adobe InDesign.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor.
  • FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
  • OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skills. Ability to manipulate templates in Power Point and/or InDesign preferred. Basic knowledge of accounting and marketing preferred.
  • SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause negative impact to external and internal clients.
