LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking a Contracts / Subcontracts Administrator for its corporate office in Columbia, MD.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Cradle-to-grave contracts and subcontracts administration
Establish, operate and enhance the company's contracts with federal, state and local agencies.
Prepare and submit new and renewal contract applications, proposals and quotes, including pricing, product and compliance documentation.
Develop numerous catalogs for services/products, including preparing, updating and monitoring catalog pricing, manufacturer changes and compliance.
Maintain an organized system of all contractual documents, correspondence, requirements, calendars and certifications.
Develop and maintain positive relationship with government agencies
Significant compliance monitoring and reporting.
A.S. or B.S. in Business Administration, Law, or related field desired.
Minimum of five years of successful performance in government contracting working with the various government agencies.
Candidate must be knowledgeable of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Department of Defense Acquisition Regulations, General Service Administration Acquisition Regulations (GSAR), Freedom of Information Act, and the Service Contract Act.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and databases.
