Job Description Job Classification: ContractSpecial Counsel is seeking a temporary Business Development & Marketing Coordinator for a highly regarded law firm located in Phoenix! This position is on a full-time temporary basis that will run for at least 4 weeks.
 
Essential Job Functions:
  • Coordinator for Director of Business Development & Marketing
  • Help develop marketing solutions and creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Document Management & organization
  • Communication upkeep
  • Other administrative tasks
  •  
    Qualifications:
  • 1 – 2 years marketing and/or law firm experience
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel (Basic)
  • Expense Reporting and Scheduling Experience
  •
