Job Description Overview

The Staff Therapist will provide clinical services to clients served on the community based treatment teams. This position will conduct initial assessments of clients referred and work with other members of the clinical team to develop a recovery plan for clients.

Adult and Child therapists are eligible for the following incentives:

  • *$3,000 Relocation Assistance
  • $500 in Staff Development Support per year
  • $3,000 Student Loan Repayment, 1st year/$1,000 per year after
  • 100% of National Professional Association Dues paid per year
  • 100% of State Professional Association Dues paid per year
  • *1x assistance of up to $3,000 available to candidates living more than 45 miles away

  • Diagnosis
  • Treatment planning
  • Clinical documentation (via EHR)
  • Based on the assessments, make referrals to the most appropriate programs and agencies in an effort to help clients access the right level of care to best meet their treatment needs

  • Consult with providers regarding integrated health, current function, medication related- issues, educations support, and any other care related to client/families

  • Job Requirements
    • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related behavioral health field
    • License-eligible
    • Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own, insured, transportation.
