The Human Resources Manager will provide daily human resource support to employees and supervisory staff. Specifically, the HR Manager will be directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function and will play an integral role in implementing strategy, driving change, and achieving strong business results.The Human Resources Manager ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Maintain and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.* Handle a wide range of staff issues including recruitment, disciplinary action, performance improvement, policies and procedures, conflict resolution, and terminations. * Manage, delegate, document and/or mediate conflicts between employees and management to resolve misunderstanding; facilitate communication to promote effective working relationships. * Work with managers and supervisors to enhance team culture and career development* Implements and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. * Assist, recommend and administer personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures; perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow. * Evaluate reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. * Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

* Demonstrated proficiency of employment laws and HR compliance.* Ability to manage and execute on multiple competing priorities.* Demonstrated effective interpersonal and coaching skills.* Detail oriented; demonstrated effective analytical skills and problem and conflict resolution skills.* Ability to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision; manage time lines; meet deadlines.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to proactively anticipate needs of the customer.* Ability to support Training and Development through instruction and facilitation as requested.* Ability to travel up to 15% as requested.
