Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Grand Rapids, Michigan (MI) that is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate must be able to adapt to new things and be willing to dive in and investigate.Essential Job Functions:
  • Assisting the sales manager
  • Contact with customers through phone and email
  • Doing inventory, inventory lists; adjusting on a daily basis
  • Update databases
  • Purchase order sheets
  • Interface with supervisors in the field
  • Manage a support team
  • Create weekly newsletter
  • Job Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Associates degree or High School diploma or GED
    • 2 years administrative experience
    • Prior experience with regional supervisors would be a plus
    • Must be accurate and detail oriented; problem solver
    • Adaptable, professional in communication and demeanor
