Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Support Center Technician I in Saint Paul, Minnesota (MN).Summary:One provides global industry-leading technical support to client's field personnel, clinicians, patients, and other internal customers. Help our customers use our products by providing immediate, accurate and up-to-date information regarding current and historical market-released CRM products, and assisting in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and assessment of product operation.Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide global industry-leading technical support to customers via multiple communication pathways (phone, fax, email, etc.)
  • Manage inquiries and provide technical product support for clinician, rep, and patient customers utilizing the client's Remote Monitoring Product
  • Educate, support, and train customers through phone consultation, training programs, written correspondence, and general field assistance
  • Document and evaluate customer inquiries, comments, and concerns
  • Create relevant technical publications and reference materials
  • Maintain up-to-date general industry knowledge
  • Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System
  • Job Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 4-year degree (Preferred; Bachelor's degree not required)
    • Clinical background and telecommunication background/IT background; IT background is preferred with help desk experience; Key element is communicating technical issues to an elder population that might not be as tech savvy
    • Must have excellent communication skills; need to be conversational and have patience
