RESPONSIBILITIESPrepares, updates and maintains project schedules for large, extensive projects. Analyzes schedules and prepares status reports for upper management. Provides scheduling-related training for project teams. Coordinates the preparation of time impact analysis associated with change orders, delays, and impacts.
REQUIREMENTSMinimum high school diploma/GED and five years directly related experience required. Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering with minimum two years field experience preferred. Department of State minimum active secret security clearance required. Experienced in development of construction schedules on commercial projects. General knowledge of construction methods and practices and well-versed in Primavera software and CPM application. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and upper management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Strong Microsoft Office suite and project control software knowledge. Ability to communicate and work with multinational and multi-disciplined employees.
ADDITIONAL INFOCaddell Construction seeks an experienced Project Controls Engineer with Primavera P6 scheduling experience for overseas work on an international project. A clearance, or the ability to receive a clearance is required. Overseas experience preferred.
