Your responsibilities - Look after special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants - Assure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures - Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
Job Requirements- Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills - Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well - Quality experience with internet - Solid understanding of faxing - Wide ranging experience with ordering office supplies and equipment - Strong familiarity with filing - Hands-on experience with scanning - Collating experience desired - Earlier work involving calendar managements and scheduling appointments - Proven knowledge of MS Outlook - Comprehension of proofreading - Command of Microsoft Excel - Experience with records maintenance - Typing under 45 words per minute experience - Previous experience working with email - General familiarity with reviewing documents for spelling and grammar - Practical knowledge of copying - Skills in composing various kinds of correspondence - Well-founded grasp of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines - Microsoft Word experience - Good understanding of switchboard phones from 10 -30 lines - Prior experience with Numeric 8,001 - 10,000 KPH If you consider yourself a determined self-starter then we want to hear from you!
