Kelly Services, industry leader in workforce solutions, has an exciting long term temporary opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Wilmington, DE!  Our client is a leading corporation that has an immediate need for a business professional that will assist with day to day operations

Customer Service Representative- Wilmington, DE

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr (Negotiable)

Hours: 10:30am-7pm (Monday-Friday)
 Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides superior customer service to both internal business owners and external customers including brokers and policy holders.
  • Research, analyze and resolve customer billing differences, which range from simple to complex.
  • Receives incoming Customer Service telephone inquiries from Combined Insurance Services agents.  Responds to servicing questions accurately and timely.  Carries out assignments with minimal direction.
  • Processes financial transactions accurately and timely.  
  • Identify and resolve outstanding issues surrounding quality control discrepancies.
  • Provide both weekly and monthly data to management for financial reporting purposes.
  • Accurately prepare weekly/monthly activity status reports.
  • Cross train team members as necessary.
  • Complete special projects timely, accurately and thoroughly.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or 3-5 years related work experience.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or French
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills to effectively provide accurate and timely support to external and internal customers members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a customer oriented and team based environment.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with servicing agents and work closely with them to resolve policy discrepancies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with time pressures, multiple priorities and daily work efforts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to acclimate to new systems quickly and proficiently.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word etc.
