Job Description Job Duties:  - Provide phone support to customers on a daily basis. - Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. - Data entry from e-mail, phone, fax, mail and web orders. - Product, catalog and website knowledge is required to assist customers. - Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of investigation results  - Improve systems for documenting and implementing responses to customer calls regarding customer service and product issues. - Data collection and data maintenance to maintain integrity of databases.We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
