In this role the Administrative Assistant will receive and tend to visitors, field telephone calls, complete word processing, filing, and faxing. Job RequirementsRequirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Correspondence and drafting experience preferred - Prior experience with transcription - General familiarity with editing - Adeptness in documentation - Work flow coordination experience preferred - Practical knowledge of filing - Comprehension of report generation - Hands-on experience with reviewing documents for spelling and grammar - Command of navigating basic office equipment and protocols - Earlier work involving Microsoft Word - Previous experience working with proofreading - Workflow processes experience desired - Records maintenance experience highly valued - Deep understanding of business review documents - Solid understanding of 10 Key Accounting - Good understanding of projects - Experience with special projects - Demonstrated knowledge of database management - Background working with Microsoft Office - Microsoft Excel experience highly preferred - Data entry experience - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred - Ability to use the internet for research - Strong computer skills including PowerPoint and Access
