o To effectively manage the Corporate Active Directory environment. o Day-to-day management, support and maintenance of Active Directory implementation supporting more than 20,000 Users. o Expert knowledge and working experience of Microsoft Active Directory management, including an in-depth understanding of sites replication, administrative structures, group policy services, enterprise security, certificate services and disaster recovery situations. o Creating objects in active directory o Managing share permissions o Delegating active directory object permissions (e.g., users, groups) o Managing groups and permissions o Managing domain services such as Domain Naming Services (DNS) o Creating and managing group policies. o Serving on integrated teams resolving problems escalated to Tier 2 or 3 support and available for on call support. o Creating and modifying scripts used to manage individual and group accounts; experience with PowerShell scripting o Resolution of customer incident tickets relating to services supported within defined timeframes. o Identification, analysis, ownership and resolution of repeat incidents leading to permanent resolution. o Resolution of user requests using ServiceNow ticketing system. o Delivery of tasks assigned to the group o Completion of regular testing of embedded controls, ensuring that risks are identified and commensurate compensating controls are introduced. o Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements to existing processes, or definition of new processes/procedures and updating documentation as necessary. o Strong understanding of Microsoft AD integration with Office 365 Microsoft Azure o Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS multi-factor authentication services o Highly analytical and able to develop effective solutions to efficiently resolve errors issues o Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demand. o Experience with implementation of best security practices. o Strong communications skills and customer service attitude
