Job Description Job Description Electro-Optical Infrared engineering director for the Survivability, Targeting and Sensing Solutions business area. Technology leader for the development, design and testing of imaging arrays and complex imaging systems for visible and infrared solutions. Demonstrated experience an all program lifecycle phases including transition to production. Demonstrated experience leading large proposal efforts. Proven Systems Engineering, communication and presentation skills for all levels from Program Executive Officer to the end user.Typical Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree and 15 years work experience or equivalent experienceRequired Skills and Education Master's Degree with fifteen years of technical leadership experienceBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with studies in Optical systemsIntegration and Test of complex systems.EVMS experienceFunctional management experienceTechnical mentorship for the development of engineersActive SECRET security clearanceInteracts frequently with internal and external management and senior-level customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements and/or contractual clarifications. Leads briefings and meetings for internal and external representatives.
