WSFS is currently seeking a Client Operations Manager to support our Cash Connect division. The Client Operations Manager has overall management responsibility for all cash provisioning operations, boarding new business into CashTrack, establishing and managing cash inventories at armored carrier offices, customer invoicing, wire transfer and ACH processing, and the reconcilement of daily withdraw activity at all ATMs funded through Cash Connect. The incumbent will manage the daily funding of cash inventories nationwide to ensure that there are adequate balances on hand to service customer ATM cash loads on schedule, as well as manage the daily distribution of provisional credits under the Deposit Safe program, ensuring that transaction files are imported and balanced in sufficient time to meet daily deadlines for posting ACH and wire transfers. The incumbent will manage the invoicing process so that customers are billed accurately for services under their Vault Cash, Merchant gateway services program, and Deposit Safe contracts, also ensuring that all Vault Cash settlement accounts are balances each business day. The Client Operations Manager will maintain a nationwide funding network through approved currency providers to support funding and change order activities in the Vault Cash and Deposit Safe programs. The incumbent may be required to travel to call on customer or participate in trade shows. This is a full-time position located at the Cash Connect office in Newark, DE.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Computer Science or equivalent experience in managing a production work group.• 5 – 6 years of supervisory experience is required.• Work experience that includes relational databases and data management is preferred.• Experience in or understanding of commercial bank and armored carrier cash room operations is a plus.• Must have experience in a high volume, deadline driven environment that requires close prioritization of staff work responsibilities.• Must possess a working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office products, and have the ability to learn in-house software applications.• Must have experience in developing and executing project scope and specification documents, and writing test plans and scripts.• Must possess the ability to balance team workloads and direct staff resources to ensure the accurate and timely completion of all responsibilities. • Must be detail oriented and able to provide creative solutions to improve operating efficiency and accuracy.• Must have excellent listening, presentation, oral and written communication skills.

• Incumbent will be required to stand for intermittent periods of time. • Incumbent may be required to sit for prolonged periods of time. • Dexterity is mandatory as this job requires frequent use of hands and fingers. • The incumbent will be required to walk, reach with hands and arms, push items overhead, occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. • The incumbent will also be required to talk, hear, see, read and write. • This position requires regular lifting and moving of 10-25 lbs. • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
