The BAE Systems Advanced Reentry Systems program has an immediate need for a Requirements Development Engineer. This individual will identify, control, maintain, and evolve an enterprise requirements baseline reflecting Government-approved requirements at the external and inter‐program level of the AF Space enterprise and maintain these requirements in the DOORS tool. A successful Requirements Development Engineer will possess knowledge and experience with AF ICBM systems engineering, system concepts of operations, requirements development, and requirements management activities. This position will augment organic resources by providing requirements for system engineering and integration, risk management, technical assessment, acquisition program management, strategy development, organization and change management, interface with operations and logistics, business analysis, mission effectiveness and assist the government in the verification and validation of all products on behalf of the Air Force.

Master Degree (Science, Engineering)

Experience with Air Force or Navy RS/RV requirements developmentManage test data results, correlate test results with program requirementsEnd-to-end system requirements proficienciesAble to perform system engineering analysis, test planning perform and technical review of systems and designs
