Officeteam is currently looking for an Construction Administrative Assistant for an established and well-known company in Anderson, IN. This Construction Administrative Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to: -Support on diverse projects -Data entry into Excel -Drafting letter in Word -Receive and place telephone calls -Email correspondence -Word processing, filing, faxing, etc.. -Communicating with other departments -Preparing reports -Updating and maintaining files -Organize and schedule appointments -Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients -Other assigned tasks This is a Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm or 7:30am to 4:30pm schedule. Job Requirements- Excellent computer skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access - Excellent oral and written communications skills - Navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience - At least one year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred - 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred - Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions - A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
