Job Description The Facilities Manager is responsible for assisting the Real Estate development team with delivering and 'right-sizing' office and retail space based on business and operational requirements, as well as supporting all areas related to facilities operations for both field and corporate.
Coordinate with real estate's strategy, analysis, design, furniture, accounting, asset/facilities/project management and disposition groups.
Monitor and meet all critical dates from the construction of a facility through facility turnover.
Review contracts and lease documents relating to construction exhibits.
Coordinate and control all on-site construction and facility delivery activities including schedules and budgets.
The ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, develop and execute the business plans, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Effective resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery, team building, and the ability to stay current with relevant technology and innovation.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess excellent conflict management, communication, organization, influencing and negotiating skills

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of work experience and education.

Minimum of five years of real estate/construction project management experience, with substantial practical experience in all phases of design, remodel work and construction/delivery.

Must be familiar with all phases of real estate project management activities including, but not limited to, budgeting, planning and design, scheduling, contracting of construction workers, conflict resolution and project closure.
