Job Description


Kforce has a client in search of a Cash Equity Client Service Specialist in New York, New York (NY).Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage the ECS team to be the single point of escalation for Equity clients on Allocations/Settlements/Fails Management
  • Identify and remove inefficiencies in product processes to maximize STP rates for all clients
  • Represents company in asset class initiatives and industry/market updates and communicate upcoming market and regulatory changes
  • Set up quarterly calls and visits with our strategic and high volume clients to discuss service and market updates
  • Drive remediation for efforts around static e.g. Static data clean-up/T2 project
  • Advise clients and help implement appropriate market and vendor systems to improve their STP rates
  • Oversee the staff's MI reports and share client analysis with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure the team has acknowledged the client's required benchmarks and manage the staff to meet the client expectations
  • Maintain constant communication with the business and with varied stakeholders to ensure all marketing deliverables are met
  • Manage the TMG team to ensure they are balancing all domestic and foreign equity trading positions held in US trading books on a daily basis
  • Review and monitor the T+1 broker matching process for all US and non-USD trades executed
  • Ensure the intersystem FOBO/FOFO reconciliations, internal break capture processes, and street-side external execution recons on the various exchanges are being done daily
  • Manage the team has met our Regulatory Reporting duties that includes OATS/KOI/SHORT
  • Verify and monitor all CSA/Direct commission/Broker Commission Bills/US Sec Fees/MEM fee's/Foreign Transaction Taxes are accrued and paid monthly
  • Job Requirements


    • College degree; Business degree preferred
    • Excel/Macros
    • 2-5 years of experience trade support or equity middle office preferred
    • Trade or Middle Office experience
    • Pro-active with their work
    • Team player and positive attitude
