Job Description Job Description BAE Systems, Inc is offering exciting opportunities to support the USAF as a Program Scheduler. This position is for entry level Program Schedulers and the right candidate will be trained in the program scheduling discipline. Schedulers are responsible to the Program manager for developing and maintaining the program schedule as well as integrating contractor schedules into the overarching Integrated Master Schedule. Schedulers will assist teams in developing lower level schedules and coordinating all changes and updates with respective leadership positions. Other duties include timely updating and reporting of the program schedule, analysis of schedule impacts and delays and associated work-around or recovery plans, and baseline maintenance and control.Typical Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceRequired Skills and Education 6 Years with HS2 Years with AA0 Years with BSDegrees must be in Engineering, Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other applicable discipline. Preferred Skills and Education Preference will be given to candidates with a 4 year (BS/BA) degree.Active security clearance is preferred. Must be eligible for a clearance.Experience in various schedule software applications (Primavera P6 EPPM, MS Project, Acumen Fuse/Risk, OnePager Pro) is preferred.Experience in DoD acquisition and/or scheduling principles and familiarity with earned Value Management principles and practices.Experience in developing Work Breakdown Structures in accordance with Mil Std 881-C.Experience working and managing schedules in an Enterprise environment.About BAE Systems Intelligence & Security BAE Systems Intelligence & Security, based in McLean, Virginia, designs and delivers advanced defense, intelligence, and security solutions that support the important missions of our customers.
