Job Description The Integration Analyst II will act as the Project Integration Analyst for the Work Completion Certification process by performing the following:
Develop and maintain a complete and concise Master Requirements List (MRL) and an Event Readiness List (ERL) to collaborate information from Quality Assurance, Scheduling, WAF and other departments.
Develop a Work Completion Certification Memorandum for each key event identified, with accompanying List of Exceptions.
Prepare and manage a Comprehensive Test Plan (CTP).
Manage Total Ship Testing for availabilities by developing and managing a Total Ship Testing Task Group.
Develop an Integrated Total Ship Test Plan, using contracted work package and available GFI.
Responsible to extract and analyze information from associated databases and files in order to ensure the accuracy and accountability of Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) during a ship’s repair/modernization availability.
Additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education Candidate shall have a Bachelor’s Degree or 5 or more years of Naval shipboard experience as a Work Center Supervisor or similar shipboard knowledge and experience from the ship repair industry. (Four or more years of operational testing experience with the United States Navy including experience in a ship repair environment) Knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Items, contract work specifications, technical manuals and test procedures is a must. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and possess excellent written and oral communication skills; have the ability to multitask, and have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5 years experience in the use of the master requirements List (MRL)
10 years Ship Repair or equivalent experience.
Must be a US or Naturalized Citizen
Must be able to obtain and retain base access to Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam
Preferred Skills and Education Experience as a Senior Enlisted leader or above.
