    The Role You Will Play: Assistant HR Manager
  • Assist with planning, directing, and coordinating HR activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance
  • Facilitate new employee orientation
  • Facilitate the work activities of subordinates
  • Administer disciplinary actions, resolve disputes, and terminations
  • Analyze the statistical data and reports to identify and determine root cause of personnel problems
  • Recommend improvements in personnel policies, procedures, and practices
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for separations
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations
  • Coordinate staffing activities with temporary contract service
  • Closely monitor the activities of all section associates against performance standards
  • Promote employee positive employee morale            
    Background Profile: Assistant HR Manager
  • 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years in Human Resources (preferably manufacturing environment)
  • Knowledgeable about governmental HR rules and regulations
  • Excellent motivation, communication and interpersonal skills
