Ballard Spahr, a national law firm with more than 650 lawyers in 15 offices in the United States has an immediate opening for an energetic, thorough and detail-oriented Office Assistant for our collegial Sioux Falls office.

This opportunity presents diversity among a variety of activities including front desk, office services and entry level administrative work. This position will work closely and collaboratively with the Office Coordinator and Director of Office Administration to ensure that goals and objectives are efficiently and effectively achieved.

The selected individual should have a professional appearance, be dependable, trustworthy and punctual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic; possess excellent time management skills; prioritize efficiently and effectively, manage multiple priorities and be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment; a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel and Outlook, and strong verbal and written skills. Experience with a document management system, as well as, billing and/or accounting experience is preferred.
