Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Site Representative to be the reprographics point-person at our prestigious client's site.

Job Requirements

Specific job duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Coordinates front-desk activity for print center and CCR activity.
  • Negotiates print turnaround times with end users
  • Collects and reports meter readings and submit to Supervisor for billing.
  • Maintain and order copy center supplies, office supplies, etc.
  • Directly supports the Site Supervisor in maintaining day-to-day operations
  • Assists Site Supervisor in offering suggestions for improvement. May include new suggestions or suggestions to existing processes or procedures
  • Assists in the training of new and existing employees
  • Maintains accurate, complete, and up to date Site Procedure Guides, Forms and Logs, and other Site Branding as directed by Site Manager or Supervisor
  • In the absence of on-site personnel, may perform any of, but is not limited to the following duties: copy jobs, replenish toner, clear paper jams etc.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, prior experience in a customer environment, technical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment within the department, ability to lift paper and packages weighing up to 55lbs. Knowledge of outsourcing/facilities management, such as copy center, mailroom, records/file management, document imaging, reprographics, and facsimile operations are highly desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Photoshop a plus.
