1. Minimum of one (1) year of full time work experience in a position requiring the use of analytical,
customer service and attention to detail skills.
2. Must have good computer skills.
3. Must have good planning and organizational skills and must be a self starter.
4. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills
preferred and may be required for some positions.
5. Must have the ability to deal with demanding customers in a professional manner.
1. Subjected to calls and/or contact from irate or difficult individuals. Must learn to deal with agents, insured,
claimants, attorneys and others with tact and diplomacy. This job requires a high level of tolerance.
2. Must work effectively amid constant interruptions.
3. Must be well organized, be self disciplined and have the ability to handle fluctuating workload based on
claims volume. Overtime is often required.
4. Learns to make decisions quickly with little direct supervision. Decisions made have a considerable human
and financial consequence for the Company and for customers.
