In 2016, it has provided 27 million bumpers for the major automobile manufacturers.Essential Functions HR Systems * Maintain HRIS data, records and processes. This includes data entry, analysis, support and process improvement. * Develop and maintain HR scorecards, KPI tracking and corporate and local reporting requirements. * Provide support and tracking for the annual performance assessment and salary review process. * Provide training and coaching on HRIS systems as needed. * Work on special projects as assigned. Compliance * Partner with HR Director and HR Managers to develop, revise, and implement human resource policies and procedures. * Ensure HR policies are accurate, current and in compliance with federal and state regulations. Provide policy guidance and interpretation. * Develop and enhance HR forms and processes based on legal and company requirements. * Interpret, disseminate and provide training on HR regulatory matters and compliance. * Partner with Human Resources team to ensure accurate FLSA job classifications. * Develop and maintain affirmative action program; file EEO-1 annually; maintain other records, reports and logs to conform with EEO regulations. * Support HR compliance and process improvements for recruitment, on-boarding, diversity initiatives, job description creation and updates, job accommodation request process, etc. * Serve as e-Verify administrator and process owner Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree * 2+ years HR Information Systems experience * Knowledge of US HR laws and regulations * SuccessFactors experience preferred, but not required * Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) * Ability to analyze and interpret data Some of our Outstanding Benefits * Medical / Dental / Vision plans - effective on date of hire * Paid Holidays * Vacation Pay * Vehicle Discount Programs * Relocation for qualified moves * Tuition Assistance and Professional Development Programs * 401K _____________________________________________ We are an equal opportunity employer.
