Intern- Product Management (Merchandising)
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to assisting with developing and delivering necessary product requirements for launches; this includes developing training materials, creating marketing request forms, assisting in naming products, coordinating samples, as well as preparing agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings.
This position will also be responsible for helping improve products by organizing utility reviews, drafting concept design briefs, and tracking changes to merchandise assortments. This position will interface closely with numerous internal departments including design, sourcing, product development, and marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred. Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively support three product managers simultaneously. Strong organizational skills are a must along with a demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and multi-task. High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. Prior experience with SAP is preferred.
