Job Description Responsibilities: Our client is seeking a QA lead - QNXT for their Greenwood Village, Colorado (CO) location. The QNXT QA Lead demonstrates experienced understanding of software testing practices, policies and procedures, and is responsible for defining and managing to project test strategies, create project test plans & schedules, and to direct the work efforts of a small to medium sized team.Responsibilities:

Considers different testing approaches and techniques including integration testing, functional testing, & user acceptance testing expertise

Relies on an experienced understanding of product configuration decisions, business cases and work-flows, interconnections of user & system business processes, common system usage patterns and system behaviors to exercise the system under test

Is capable of leading the creation of test cases to validate that the configured TriZetto QNXT product configuration functions as intended and to uncover any risks or issues with the solution

Provides recommendations for improving testing approaches, processes and procedures

Uses experience and imagination to ensure that the configured TriZetto products and services are functioning as expected and will meet end-user requirements

Uses experienced analytical and problem-solving skills to recognize and reduce redundancies in testing efforts, minimize complexity, and create efficiency without compromising effectiveness

Acts as a peer-leader for the testing efforts of QNXT configured solutions for projects

Demonstrates good judgment in defining methods & techniques for obtaining solutions

Works on advanced problems of diverse scope and complexity where analysis of situations and data requires a review of a variety of factors

Is capable of leading several small to medium complexity testing efforts

Provides guidance on complex issues to others as needed

Job RequirementsThe successful QA lead - QNXT applicant will possess the following requirements (required unless noted otherwise):

Bachelor's degree and/or relevant equivalent work experience will be taken into consideration
2+ years testing TriZetto products and overall healthcare industry experience
Author project test strategies, test plans & test schedules
Experience leading a small to medium sized project team to a successful outcome
Ability to lead the creation of test cases or test scenarios that align to various product configurations, business flows and/or user-stories
Experience using and leading teams using HP ALM / Quality Center (QC)
Project Status and defect reporting & analysis is a high expectation
Experience with testing techniques including component configurations (Black Box), role based functionality, role based security, usability, and end-to-end regression scenarios
