Job Description Job Classification: Contract We are seeking an individual for a 6 month contract for a client in Salt Lake City. The candidate must be able to manage support issues of a complex and technical nature with varying degrees of priority. Addresses incidents within predetermined service levels, requiring the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Insures that needs of customers are met by providing timely technical support to customers via telephone, email and chat. Must have 1 year experience providing technical support for proprietary software and hardware and Windows environment.
