Job Description Sodexo is seeking a General Manager at a multi tenant building in Northern suburbs (Deerfield Illinois). The General Manager is responsible for two food service locations. One location includes a satellite unit across the street. A newly renovated conference center will open in January 2013, which will offer tenants high end catering. • The Ideal candidate will have - - experience training and leading an hourly staff, - experience with food and labor management systems, - experience managing catering, - experience working with a diverse client and customer base, - excellent client and customer skills

Manages all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account

Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree Basic Management Experience - 2 years Basic Functional Experience - 2 yearsSodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.Sodexo is an EEO/AA/M/F/D/V employer.
