Job Description Classification: Accounting Clerk

Compensation: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 per year

Our client located in North Central San Antonio is looking for an Accounting Support Clerk to support the sales and marketing divisions.Job Summary: Provide all services necessary to create and maintain up-to-date, technically accurate and visually appealing Product Literature, Website content, Marketing Newsletters, Bulletins, Case Histories and Presentations. Support provided from Sales and Market Managers and Staff. Scope: all markets, globally.Solicit and generate applications and product Case Histories and References in support of Sales. Maintain SharePoint database.Interface with Group and Corporate Marketing Departments as needed to assure compliance to guidelines.Manage all aspects of quarterly Newsletter extract article information from all sources for inclusion. Other responsibilities and duties as assigned. Qualifications:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Demonstrate ability to learn technical aspects of publishing and graphics software (such as InDesign) and other programs used within Group or Corporate.Skilled in proper American English grammar and punctuation. Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely to varied audiences.A degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Bi-lingual (Spanish) desired but not required.
