Job Description Job Classification: Contract Currently hiring Customer Service Representatives with a background in insurance. These positions are located in Pinellas County. Job Summary: -Provide prompt, courteous customer service which meets or exceeds service standards -Utilize applicable policy forms, insurance low, and internal procedures to answer inquiries and process requests from customers -Thoroughly document phone calls and written correspondence Duties & Responsibilities: -Answer incoming calls in accordance with quality standards (50 average per day) -Place outgoing calls to provide or obtain information -Document all calls while in progress -Transfer calls to appropriate party or department within company when necessary -Process customer requests using internal and client-mandated procedures -Process premium payments by forwarding to the accounting department -Calculate and process premium refunds Duration: -3 Month Contract to Permanent Qualifications: -High School DIploma/GED -3+ Years of Customer Service Experience -Previous Insurance Experience Join Aerotek Professional Services®.
