Purchasing manager for a unit or a technology, managing several buyers and seniors buyers, and purchasing assistant (PMG6) 1. Manage and develop his/her team, annual appraisal, training plans, bonus objectives, people review preparation, competencies evaluation and development plan, allocate qualitiative and quantitative resources on dedicated priorities.2. Lead his/her team's performance in terms of commodity strategy execution on his/her perimeter.3. Lead the implementation of Purchasing function, group priorities, directives, procedures in his/her perimeter.4. Provide expected level of quality, productivity and innovation (when applicable) to his/her internal partners, Industrial Excellence, Supply Chain, Industrial & OCP.5. Organize active suppliers management and K&C Suppliers by delegation of Commodity Management with his/her team within commodity guidlines and for the global perimeter of the supplier : global negotiation, business review, quality follow up.6. Manage of P&L materials productivity on his/her perimeter, propose actions ( QVE, Access, Concentration...) on his portfolio. Schneider Electric is an equal opportunity employer.
