Job Description Job Classification: Contract We are currently hiring a Receptionist who has at least 2 years recent experience working as a receptionist. Our receptionist processes up to 600 calls a day and has to screen and announce every one. Candidates must be able to do the following: 1. Answer multi-line phone system. Very high call volume. 2. Greet customer and check them in/sign out. 3. Post all out going mail. 4. Sort, date, stamp and distribute incoming mail and inter office mail. 5. Order all office supplies for main building and various other buildings-Sort, distribute and put away. 6. Schedule conference room times accordingly. 7. Maintain and organize supply closets. 8. Order business cards and envelopes, letter head and paper. 9. Distribute faxes via email as they come in. 10. Update phone lists and distribute. 11. Clean kitchen area and refrigerator with water 12. Order lunches and misc. meeting needs. 13. Help out occasionally with any admin needs. Candidates must be able to work a 7:30-4:30 shift.
