Classification: General Office Compensation: $12.35 to $14.30 per hour We currently have an opportunity for a results-oriented Administrative Assistant for a CPA firm.In this role, you will perform administrative and office support duties for multiple supervisors. Responsibilities will include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing and faxing.
Job Requirements
Motivated Administrative Assistants should have strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Access, (position involves mail merging, pivot tables and presentation design) as well as Internet research skills.
