Job Description The Database Analyst (DBA 5) position is part of CORE's Data Development Group within Consumer Lending Technology.Daily activities could include any/all of the following:Works with Business contacts, Requirements Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to identify, understand and document business needs for dataPerforms the task of sourcing of data and mapping tasks completes source to target mapping. Serves as the data expert in assigned projects and systemsCollaborates with Business and ETL developers in the creation of the Data Functional Design document and Source to Target Mapping documentCompletes Functional Specifications for ETL developmentDevelops and maintains the Conceptual, Logical and Physical Data Models for the data environmentLeads the design, implementation, maintenance, and control of the organization's conceptual, logical and physical data modelsDevelops data architectures and data management policies and standardsProvides senior-level consulting services in the identification and resolution of data design issuesServes as a high-level resource on data management issues. Participates in the planning, design, and usage of data resourcesThis is an exciting group that is every changing and growing.
