The position carries out managerial responsibilities at store location in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. The Store Manager will manage sales and profits within the store, and implement strategies designed to increase market share. The Manager will promote their store teams to use a value-added selling approach to develop and grow customer relationships, promote sales and identify customer's wants and needs. The Store Manager will ensure an exceptional level of customer service with regards to delivery, quote handling and complaint management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.Three to five years experience in commercial and retail environment.Exceptional dedication to customer serviceTop-notch interpersonal and relationship development skills to effectively communicate with individuals at all levelsPhysical capability for heavy lifting on a repetitive basisWe offer a flexible work schedule of Monday through Saturday with no evenings or Sundays.We are able to offer our employees a competitive salary and benefits package that includes medical, dental, 401K, and bonus opportunity.
