Job Description We have a client who is looking for an outstanding individual who will lead development efforts related to Iowa's CRM implementation, as well as a wide variety of other web applications. Job RequirementsEssential Functions and Principal Accountabilities: • Liaison between systems development and business users to ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction of major application systems. • Effective communicator that can adjust communication content and style depending on audience. • Confers with other business or business system personnel when appropriate.Hiring Specifications: • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. • 7 - 10 years work experience in development of advanced application systems. • Experience with.Net languages and protocols including C#, Javascript, SQL Server and other technology disciplines. Microsoft Dynamics/CRM experience desirable. • Proven analytical abilities, creative thinking and problem solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to multi-task responsibilities and to manage workloads to established deadlines and on-call responsibilities as needed. • Experience in development and maintenance of web applications. Additional experience in web site development desirable. • Insurance industry experience is preferred
