Large, well-known Portland based company is hiring an experienced IT Procurement Specialist for a 3-5 month contract opportunity.As the IT Procurement Specialist you will be review RFPs, negotiate with vendors, identify new vendors and create SOWs for; hardware/software vendors, service providers, licensing agreements, etc. To be considered for the IT Procurement Specialist, you will have 5+ years experience in a procurement role, focused on IT and the IT infrastructure. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, intermediate to advance computer skills, experience with PeopleSoft and eSourcing or CLM procurement software.
