Job Description Classification:  Business Analyst

Compensation:  $22.16 to $25.66 per hour

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to help a company with a SalesForce implementation. This person will have two main functions. Firstly, they will be tasked with taking the technical specifications for the SalesForce configuration and configuring / implementing the SalesForce design. For this activity the person will need to learn the SalesForce application to implement the requirements and while being the point person work with the existing team through this process. The second function for this person will be the documentation and training for the SalesForce application. The person will be responsible for documentation of the system for the training of the users. For this role the person will need 4 plus years experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment. They will need strong IT technical skills and be able to learn complex large applications fast. If they have experience with SaleForce or any other similar types of CRM systems that would be an advantage. The person will also need to have some experience documenting and training users on complex applications.
